Why do some artworks capture attention and some pass  unnoticed? Why do some of them affect us only temporarily and why do  others leave a lifetime mark, influencing who we are? 

The point  of contact between art and the viewer – how does this mechanism work? Where is the thin line between manipulation and inspiration? 

Let’s take a closer look at the fascinating topic of social  engagement from three different perspectives and reflect on how to use  our creative power responsibly. Our exceptional guests will guide us  through this broad field of exploration:

Experiment: Hello, pillow! Let’s try out a new way of interaction and change the perspective from  which we view the world. Please bring a pillow, a mat, a blanket –  anything that you feel comfortable with when sitting on the floor. Let’s  see whether it stimulates us to new thoughts and behaviours. If not, we  will be back on the chairs next time. You are the boss 😉

Travel: We kindly recommend arriving at the lab as  environmentally friendly as possible: walking, biking, by public  transport. Teleportation enthusiasts are more than welcome;)
